Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Baby Milestone Studio – AI ("the App", "we", "us") collects, why, and how it's handled. The App turns a photo of your baby into a styled milestone image or short video using an AI image-generation service.

We keep this simple on purpose: the App does not ask for your name, email address, or a password. It does not show ads and does not include any third-party advertising or analytics SDK.

1. Information we collect

Photos you upload, and the face/likeness in them. When you choose a photo of your child, it is sent — in memory, over an encrypted connection — straight to our backend, which forwards it to Wiro.ai, the AI provider that generates your styled image or video. The photo's facial features (face shape, expression, skin tone, hair, etc.) are used only so the AI can keep the result recognizably your child rather than swapping in a generic face. We do not use this data for facial recognition, identity matching, or any purpose beyond producing the single result you asked for, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone besides the processors listed in Section 2. We do not store the original photo you upload — it is not saved to any database or file storage of ours; it exists only for the moments it takes to generate your result, then it's discarded on our side. How Wiro itself handles data during that processing step is governed by Wiro's own privacy practices, not ours.
Generated content. Unlike the source photo, the finished image/video Wiro returns to us is stored (in Firebase Storage, under your account only) so it appears in your History tab and you can revisit it later.
An anonymous account identifier. On first launch the App creates an anonymous account (via Firebase Authentication) with a random ID. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any other real-world identity unless you choose to email us.
Purchase information. If you subscribe or buy credits, Apple processes the payment and RevenueCat (our subscription-management provider) receives your anonymous ID and transaction status so the App can unlock what you paid for. We never see your card details.
Support communications. If you email us (Contact Support / Suggest a Feature), we receive your email address, your message, and a short diagnostic footer the App attaches automatically (app version, anonymous ID, device/OS) to help us help you faster.
Basic technical logs. Our backend (Firebase Cloud Functions) keeps standard server logs — timestamps and error details — to keep the service reliable and to debug problems. These logs are not used for advertising.

2. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the service providers that make the App work, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, file storage, and the backend functions that run the App.
Wiro.ai — the AI provider we use to generate your milestone image or video. Your uploaded photo, including your child's face, is sent to Wiro's API solely to produce your result; we don't keep a copy of it ourselves (see Section 1).
RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and credit purchases across devices.
Apple — processes App Store payments under its own privacy policy.

3. Photos of your child

We understand these are sensitive photos. A few things by design:

The original photo you upload is never stored — not by us, not in our database, not in our file storage. It's used in memory to produce your result, then discarded.
Only your own account can read the generated results the App does keep — this is enforced by server-side security rules, not just app behavior.
The App is built for use by a parent or guardian uploading a photo of their own child. It is not directed at children, and children should not use the App unsupervised.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we'll remove it.

4. Your choices

Delete everything, anytime. Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your generated results and account data. (There's no original photo left to delete — see Section 3.)
Access or questions. Email us at blitzzlsnsz@gmail.com to ask what data we hold about you or to request its deletion.

5. Data retention & storage location

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists, so the App can show your History. Deleting your account deletes it. Our infrastructure provider (Firebase / Google Cloud) may process and store data in the United States or other regions where it operates data centers.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
