Yes. Your uploaded photo is sent to our AI provider only to generate your result — we don't store the original photo ourselves. The generated result is tied to your account only, and no other user can see it. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Each generation (a milestone photo or an animated video) uses credits. You get free credits to start, and can subscribe or buy a one-time credit pack for more from the Plans screen in Settings.

Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device — subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds are handled through Apple, not us directly. We're glad to help if you're unsure how, just email us.

Most images are ready in under a minute; animated videos can take a bit longer. If a generation seems stuck for more than a few minutes, email us with your account details from the app's Contact Support option and we'll take a look.

Open Settings in the app and tap Delete account at the bottom. This permanently removes your generated photos/videos and account data and can't be undone.
